Advanced Surgical Fellowship Training
Dr. Steinman is one of a small number of board certified dermatologists who have completed a full-year of formal surgical fellowship training after completing their dermatology residency. His training was accredited by the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology (recently renamed the American College of Mohs Surgery.) Unlike most surgically trained dermatologists, he received nearly all of his training from board-certified general, plastic, ophthalmic and ENT surgeons.
